We understand changes happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before it is dispatched.

The following papers will be emailed to you and also be sent with your package: Invoice, Delivery Papers, and COC (Upon request). For any additional request for papers please let us know!

What type of Titanium is used in Sydent Implants?

We use high-grade Titanium Alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Grade 5), which ensures superior biocompatibility and strength.

Our implants undergo the S.L.A (Sand-blasted, Large-grit, Acid-etched) surface treatment, combined with an Anodize Coating anti-bacterial process to promote rapid osseointegration.

All our Implants are sterilized & sealed, Factory Manufactured, ready to use.

How does your delivery work?

  • Free express delivery on orders over $400.
  • Worldwide Express Delivery: 2-6 days.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 Business days of receipt payment.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Duty, Taxes and Forwarding costs from your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delays in delivery may occur for many reasons, it may be due to difficult weather conditions or package handling technical issues. Please use the tracking code you received with your order to check your package status. Our team is constantly on the watch, so if something we are unaware of happened please let us know!

Local customs may hold your package for many reasons, and may require a fee upon release. You should contact the shipping company to go through the release process. We would be happy to assist, but unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for local authorities’ policies.

You will receive a tracking number and carriers, you may track your order in our site or via postal track and trace service.

Is it secure to pay online?

We use official major payments processors (SSL & PCI compliant) to support the security of your personal details and will do everything possible to make sure your experience is safe & secure!

We accept payment PayPal. You can pay with PayPal for 100% buyer protection. All purchases can be made by credit card; a PayPal account is not required (you can pay as a guest). We also accept Western Union or Bank transfers—please contact us for details.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and sterile packaging (resalable condition). Your satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY! Exceptions will be made case by case. Please contact us for additional information and we will assist you with any issue.
